  1. Move every roadmap onto the shared roadmap layout and rewrite their copy in plain English

The same change touched 7 other pages.

    Details

Frontend and system design now render through RoadmapView like the rest; the system design diagram moves into SystemDesignMap and links each part to its stage. Counts in titles and descriptions are computed.

  2. Roadmaps hub in the hub style; rewrite the backend roadmap in plain English

    Details

Hub: plain title and lede, a 'Which roadmap' card by kind of work, and each roadmap with its real stage and topic counts and the list of its stages. Backend roadmap: rewrites all 15 stage intros and 163 topic descriptions, fixes wrong or stale claims (TCP has one handshake, not three; Paxos is still in use; no unsourced market-share figures), drops the italic subheads, computes the stage and topic counts instead of typing them, tags Codex links, leaves out links into hidden sections, and fixes the accessibility issues Lighthouse reported (status labels, link names, stage number contrast).
